Back in 1902, a small village cheese production was opened in southern Bavaria, which was the basis of today’s Bergader company. With a long tradition, listening and recognizing the needs of consumers, Bergader has developed into one of the leading producers of semi-hard cheeses with blue molds. Bergader cheeses are made from cow’s milk from the Alpine region, according to the same, unchanged recipes since 1927.
In addition to cheeses with molds , the assortment contains a wide variety of other cheeses and cheese spreads that abound in rich flavors and textures.
