Founded in 1972 as part of the company Velepromet Visoko for coffee processing and packaging. In 1988, they separated from Velepromet and Vispak became an independent organization, and in 1991, it became a joint-stock company.

Their product range includes: powdered products and food seasonings, teas, chocolate creams, chocolates, etc.

In addition to food production quality standards, Vispak is certified with IFS and ISO standards.

They are present in the Serbian market with two brands: Tajna and Choco Club.
